Description
Course Content
This course is accredited by the Irish Heart Foundation of Ireland. The course includes Heartsaver ARD training along with addional modules which are listed below.
Additional modules covered:
- Administration of aspirin
- Stroke assessment - FAST Assesment
- Critical incident and stress awareness
- Cardiac First responder Report (CFRR)
Course Duration
This course lasts approximately 6 hours. Upon completion applicants will receive an Irish Heart Foundation/Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) CFR Responder card to show that the course has successfully been completed. Participants will also receive the Heartsaver AED Course completion card.
Certification
All participants receive a wallet size certification card from the Irish Heart Foundation which is valid for two years.
